Maybe you have a few questions. That’s okay; most people do. So here’s a quick collection of some of the questions people ask us… along with our answers. If you still have a question, don’t hesitate to contact us (or give us a call) and we’ll be happy to answer it for you.


Q:  Will you be listing my house on the MLS or actually buying it?
A:  We want to buy your house. We are not real estate agents, so we don’t have a way of listing it on the MLS. After you contact us, we will be giving you an offer to buy your property.

Q:  When will I get my offer?
A: As you have probably seen on our website, we say an offer within 24 hours. For us, one of our core values is to be reliable. So, when we say 24 hours, we do mean that we’re going to give you a quote within 24 hours. Typically that 24 hours starts once we get enough information about the property. So a lot of times we need to come out and get some sort of visualization of the condition of the property. Once we’re able to do that, we guarantee we’re going to get you that offer within 24 hours.


Q:  How fast can you buy my house?
A:  It depends on a lot of things. If there are no back taxes, liens, or any title issues, we can close quickly. The delay is going to be with the title company getting everything ready and making sure the title is clean. If you are on a deadline and have to close fast – we can close in less than a week if your title is clean. If your back isn’t against the wall, we will typically close in 2-3 weeks. The only thing that would prevent us from ever closing in less than 30 days would be if there is an issue with your title, or if you don’t want to close that soon.

Q:  If you write me an offer do I have to take it?
A:  Absolutely not. We are only providing you with an option. If you have happy with the offer, great! We can set up a time to close and buy your house.

Q:  How do you determine the price to offer on my house?
A:  We look at the location of the property, what repairs are needed, the current condition of the property, and the values of comparable houses sold in the area recently. We take many pieces of information into consideration… and come up with a fair price that works for us and works for you too.

Q:  Are there any fees or commissions to work with you?
A: No fees, no commissions. This is what makes us stand out from the traditional method of selling your house. We’ll make you an offer, and if it’s a fit then we’ll buy your house including paying all closing costs. You will not have to come up with any money out of pocket when you work with us.


Q:  How are you different from a real estate agent?
A: Real estate agents list properties and hope that someone will buy them. They make their money off of the commissions from selling your house. We don’t directly make money when we buy your house. We remodel it, and either sell or rent the house. Agents provide a great service for those that can wait 3-6 months to sell and who don’t mind giving up some of that sale price to pay for the commissions.

Q:  Is there any obligation when I submit my info?
A: No. There is absolutely zero obligation for you.
